VVI^® today announced a workshop at the University Of Pittsburgh to show DAQ Plot and Vvidget technologies. DAQ Plot measures voltages from sensors and presents them in an intuitive strip chart format. Vvidget is one of the most popular point-and-click graphing solutions for Mac OS X. The workshop details are as follow:

Topics Of Interest:

• DAQ Plot: See DAQ Plot in action. Some voltage sources/sensors will be available, however attendees are encouraged to bring their own sensors and experiment with DAQ Plot's functionality.

• Vvidget: You can download and use Vvidget for free now, however attendees may want to see how to program Vvidget with Xcode and Interface Builder or how to operate some of the more sophisticated features of Vvidget.

At the end of the workshop a drawing will be performed for:

• A DAQ device and DAQ Plot software (runs on Mac OS X 10.5 in 64 bit mode).

• A nifty VVI coffee cup. Danger: Sipping from this cup has been known to produce Cocoa nurds and sensory oversampling.
