DAQ Plot Standard:
The standard version is very easy to use. Just plug in the USB DAQ hardware and start plotting. It includes:
• Plug and play with standard USB Hardware.
• A comprehensive user manual which helps make data acquisition intuitive and easy to understand.
• Three user interface styles. The simple style has uncluttered controls and is good for basic strip charting while more advanced styles give access to features such as real-time integration, differentiation, recording state channel input and many other advanced features.
• Feedback loops that sets channel outputs based on input voltages.
• Oscilloscope and spectral output.
• High-speed hardware clocking which gives uniform time sampling from 1 to 100 samples per second.
• Low-speed clocking for sampling as low as 1/20th of a second to two minutes. Drift compensation helps maintain efficient operation.
• Channels can be mapped to bin and running averages, trigger events, counters, speed, first and second derivatives, integration, and other derivations.
•A recording state input channel so recording can start and stop according to an applied voltage or other real-time transform of an input signal such as derivative or integration. This can be used to trigger the recording of high-speed transient signals or simply to allow for a manual toggle switch to start and stop recording.
• Real-time adjustment of device states and real-time output of data that can be viewed and selected immediately.
• Each input channel can be mapped with a lookup table, so nonlinear devices such as thermocouples can be used without linearization circuitry.
• Each curve can be assigned a different color and the curves can be adjusted in width. Curves can be plotted on one or two y-axis time plots and xy graphs and can be turned on or off.
• Each graph is exportable to Vvidget Builder for near unlimited variation, layout and publication quality results.
• Data can be saved, retrieved appended and exported in tab delimited text format accepted by most other applications such as spreadsheets.
• Performance meter to help determine how your computer is handling the data acquisition at fast data rates.

DAQ Plot Pro:
The pro version includes all of the standard features and also includes the following:
• Plug and play with standard and pro Hardware. The Pro hardware can be connected with either USB or Ethernet wiring.
• High-speed hardware clocking which gives uniform time sampling up to 50,000 samples per second depending on hardware configuration.
• Low-speed clocking for sampling as low as 1/200th of a second to two minutes. Drift compensation helps maintain efficient operation.
• Add up to four USB DAQ devices for 16 analog input channels, 80 digital output channels and 8 feedback control loops. Each DAQ device operates independently so one can gather high-speed clocked analog input while the others can be used for feedback loops and control of actuators from your computer.
• Includes a convenient command tool to automate data logging and data control. Embed into startup scripts, other applications, web services, and other services. The comprehensive documentation gives examples and explains each step. Use DAQ Plot's intuitive interface to configure the command line tool.
• Place the USB devices around your laboratory or factory with USB hubs or wireless hubs for measurement and control of processes at several locations.
Programming Kit:
Additional capabilities are available with Vvidget DAQ, the programming kit used to make DAQ Plot. Some of those capabilities includes:
• Access to DAQ Plot features and built-in hardware device drivers from your own applications.
• Comprehensive Automation capabilities.
• Hardware device abstraction so custom devices can be added by subclassing a well-designed framework to add DAQ features with non-standard hardware.
• Access to the Vvidget Pro feature set and distributed process and factory control capabilities of Vvidget DAQ.
• Contracting services help solve integration projects in the most cost effective way and minimum amount of time.
