VVI^® today announced version 10.5.3 release of Vvidget^™ to improve existing features and patch user reported bugs. Notable improvements for this version include:

• Log Transformations: A bug exists in the Mac OS X operating system version 10.5.2 Intel 64 bit targets (only) which causes log related features to fail intermittently. Version 10.5.3 patches this issue. This patch is not required for any other targets. This issue intermittently affected log graphs, autoscaling and label formatting features of Vvidget.

• Miscellaneous Bug Fixes: Miscellaneous user reported bugs have been fixed.

As the target affected is the primary target, VVI recommends that Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) based users upgrade to this latest version as soon as possible with a free upgrade from previous versions on the same platform. Users are encouraged to report other bugs and deficiencies to support@vvi.com.
