You may also want to try out these following solutions:

• If you are using Windows then you must install the QuickTime plugin for your browser. Usually your browser will direct you to install the plugin.

• Refresh your browser to reload the movie, or use the System Preferences to empty out your QuickTime movie cache.

• See the movie page HTML and view the movie file in a QuickTime player directly by opening up the corresponding URL in that player.

• Request Premium support to give access to our dedicated servers and additional training videos.

These training videos are a free resource and are on high-bandwidth shared servers which have a high load. For Premium support and less loaded servers please contact sales@vvi.com.
